In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with member preferences, no identifying information will be disclosed unless a legally valid, proportionate, and specific request is received from a competent authority.

We do not respond to informal or unauthorized inquiries.

Legal Protection Framework

All member data is protected under the following legal instruments:

GDPR – Article 5

• Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
• Collected data is limited to what is strictly necessary (data minimization).
• It is used solely for legitimate purposes defined at the time of collection.

EU Charter of Fundamental Rights – Article 7

• Everyone has the right to respect for their private and family life, home, and communications.
• Disclosure of identity is not permitted without clear justification and safeguards.

EU Charter of Fundamental Rights – Article 8

• Personal data must be processed fairly for specified purposes and on a legitimate legal basis.
• Everyone has the right to access data collected about them and the right to have it rectified.

European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) – Article 8

• Every individual has the right to respect for private and family life.
• No public authority may interfere with this right unless it is in accordance with the law and necessary in a democratic society.

EU Charter – Article 52

• Any restriction on fundamental rights must be provided for by law, respect the essence of those rights, and be proportionate and necessary in the interest of the public good.

Requests that do not meet these standards, or originate from unauthorized parties, will be denied in accordance with GDPR Article 5, the EU Charter, and other applicable privacy protections.
